Group Yoga Class

Don’t like gyms but want to get fitter, stronger, and more flexible?

PAYG Fitness offers fun, friendly local fitness classes. No commitment, no contracts, just pay-as-you-go..

What to expect?

Our classes are relaxed, welcoming, and open to everyone – whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro. You’ll be guided through the session at your own pace, with options to suit all fitness levels.​

 

What to Bring:

  • A yoga or exercise mat – we don’t provide mats, so please bring your own.

  • Water – staying hydrated is key, especially during movement.

  • Comfy clothes you can stretch and move in.​

 

Each class is designed to help you feel good, move freely, and enjoy being part of a supportive and friendly community. Come as you are – no pressure, no judgment!
